The Municipal Council of the District of Saanich is pleased to announce its Inaugural Town Hall meeting, part of Council’s commitment to meaningful public engagement as outlined in the 2023-2027 Strategic Plan.

Meeting Format:
- First Hour: Open mic session with no set agenda. Residents are invited to speak on topics of importance for up to three minutes each, following the Council Procedure Bylaw guidelines. With only one hour available for the public to speak, please register sooner than later.
- Second Hour: Informal one-on-one interactions between residents and Council members.
Please note that webcasting and MS Teams participation will not be available for this off-site meeting.
