Oak Bay Mayor, Nils Jensen, Opening Remarks at 11:45 a.m. Join Friends of Monteith Indigenous Plant Association, Oak Bay Allotment Gardens, Oak Bay Green Committee, Oak Bay Tourism, Emergency Preparedness, and others to share visions and ideas for a community greenway and watershed restoration.
